Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices exclude VAT. You can change or cancel your plan in line with the terms of your subscription.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Enerflo.ai. We process it on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing terms.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Enerflo.ai available, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
